Maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data is extremely important to us. We store and use all data in accordance with applicable law. This document informs about the scope, method and principles according to which your personal data is collected, processed, used and protected.

1 - Definitions

  • The website administrator is Terapeutyczny Gabinet Muzyczny
  • Personal data – all information about an identified or identifiable natural person, including device IP, location data, online identifier and information collected via cookies and other similar technology.
  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  • User – any natural person over 16 years of age visiting the Website.

2 - Processing of personal data

Personal data of all persons using the Website (including the IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies) are processed by the Administrator for the purpose of:

  • providing services electronically in the scope of making content collected on the Website available to Users
  • for analytical and statistical purposes in order to improve the functionality of the Website – then the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  • handling inquiries submitted via the contact form. In order to submit an inquiry via the contact form, the User provides: name and surname and e-mail address.

3 - COOKIES policy

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtains access to them is the Website operator.

4 – Rights of persons whose data is processed

Providing personal data is voluntary.

At any time, you have the right to request free information about whether and which personal data we store about you. To do this, please contact us. However, before providing this type of information, we may ask you to provide us with documents confirming the identity of the person submitting the request.

You have the right at any time to request the correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, as well as to have incomplete data completed.

5 – Security of personal data

The Administrator ensures the security of personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage.

The Administrator takes all necessary actions to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities guarantee the use of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
